Day 1: Kampala to Murchison Falls National Park
In the morning after breakfast at your hotel, drive to Murchison Falls National Park having a stopover for lunch at Masindi then after proceed to the splendid and wondrous falls. Have an awesome sight at the robust Nile as it is far fetched into a seven-meter deep hole to thunder 45 meters below with it many cascades it forms that can be viewed at different points up to the conclusion. Dinner and overnight at Red Chili camp, Sambiya River Lodge Paraa Lodge / Nile safari Lodge.
Day 2: Game Drive and boat ride in Murchison Falls National Park
Rise early for a cup of tea then and set off for a 3-4 hours game drive on the northern Bank of the Nile River. Your expected game encounters in the park include Rothschild Giraffe, Elephant, the Jackos, Hartebeest, Lions, Water bucks and a variety of Savannah woodland birds. Return to your lodge for a mid morning breakfast and have a brief relaxation as you wait for lunch. Lunch is then followed by boat ride along River Nile to see aquatic game and avian species at a close range. It’s a distinctive encounter with a family of hippos, crocodiles among others. For bird lovers, watch out for the celebrated shoe Bill stork if you are lucky and many other bird classes enjoy the dinner and overnight at your booked lodge.
Day 3: Leave Murchison Fall for Kibale National Park
After a wonderful Uganda safari at Murchison Falls, leave Murchison Falls after an early breakfast for Fort portal. You will pass through The Albertine rift through Hoima to the green country side of Fort portal. Have lunch en route and arrive in the late afternoon. Day 4: Chimpanzee Trekking in Kibale National Park
Take breakfast and leave for Kibale Forest National Park, commonly known to have a diversity of primates in East Africa. Enjoy a guided chimpanzee walk in the tropical rain forest evergreen in searching of Black white colobus monkeys, wild chimpanzees, red-tailed monkeys, butterflies of different species and many others. Take you lunch and then go to the Bigodi swamp areas for a swamp stride. The guide will give you details about the animal and plant life you will encounter. Then after transfer back to your lodge.
Day 5: From Kibale to Queen Elizabeth National Park
From Kibale, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park taking between 2-4 hours. A game drive en route is gratifying with views of acacia trees, antelopes, birds and many other savanna wildlife and vegetation species. You will visit the crater lakes region, Katwe salt mines to see how salt is conventionally mined in Uganda. Then transfer for dinner and overnight at Albertine river camp, Hippo Hill Luxury tented camp, Mweya safari Lodge, Kyambura Wildlife reserve. Jacana Safari Lodge
Day 6: Game drive and Launch cruise.
We take on a morning game drive in search of the wild game. The drive will provide excellent scenic view of the great Lakes of Lake Edwards and Lake George, then also their gutter-the great Kazinga channel. In the game drive, expect elephants, lions, buffaloes, kobs, the Python, hyenas, warthogs, birds, hippos etc. Return to the lodge for mid morning breakfast and then have lunch. In the afternoon you will go for a boat -cruise along Kazinga Channel, a natural channel between Lake Edward and Lake George. Expect to get exposed to a bird sin abundance both typical and migrants and the highest concentration of hippos in Africa. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.
Day 7: Queen Elizabeth National Park
Wake up for an early morning breakfast and then transfer to Kyambura gorge for a chimpanzee tour. Driving through grassland area, straight away we come transversely to an amazing ravine of tropical rain forest 100 meters deep. Trek into Kyambura River Gorge for an odd; experience hiking chimpanzees. It’s so paying to see the river valley, home of many bird and butterfly species. Rangers will provide the necessary information about the gorge and then later you will return to your lodge for lunch, dinner and overnight.
Day 8: Leave For Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park
In the morning, you will leave for Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. You will drive through the seasonal southern sector of Queen Elizabeth known as Ishasha. Here we will take lunch by the Ishasha River if time permits and after searching for the famed Ishasha tree-climbing lions before continuing to Bwindi, home to the few remaining mountain gorillas.
