Mbale Town in Eastern Uganda

Mbale City is situated 245 kilometers by road north east of Uganda from Kampala .it is the capital of the Bamasaba people and it largest commercial and business center for this sub region with business men coming as far as Kenya to conduct business here

Mbale town is also gifted with a number of attraction  which includes, Mount Elgon National Park on the border with Kenya, Kakoro Rock Paintings, Bufumbo and Wanala Forest Reserves are found at the ridges, about 5 Km East of Mbale Town,Bulegeni and Butandinga Cliffs/Ridges found about 50 Km south-east of Mbale Town, Bulukyeke – Bukigai Hills, a historical campsite dating to the colonial period, Cultural / Heritage Sites of Semei Kakungulu Tombs about 5 Km on  the Mbale-Soroti Road, Simu and Sisi Falls that are found in Sironko County within Mbale
